Return Policy - products purchased on humminbird.johnsonoutdoors.com

Humminbird stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your product. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased direct from our Humminbird website (humminbird.johnsonoutdoors.com/us), you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items purchased through our website (humminbird.johnsonoutdoors.com) can be returned online to us within 30 days of purchase.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging, unused and in new sellable condition.  All labels and tags must still be intact and the item cannot show any signs of wear or use. If the item is considered used, no credit will be issued and the item will sent back. 
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return and should be included when item is sent back.
  • Items purchased at a retail store, 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy. We only process returns for items purchased on our website (www.humminbird.com).

Return Authorization

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SUPPLIED BY HUMMINBIRD - please contact us at 1-800-653-0199 or email us at FishingOnlineOrders@johnsonoutdoors.zendesk.com for authorization.

  • Contact us for a Return Authorization Number
  • Write your Order Number & Return Authorization on a copy of your original packing slip or a printed copy of your original order confirmation email and enclose it in the package.
  • Package up your item securely. Remove any previous shipping labels from the box.
  • Ship your items. Use the shipping address below. Please note, you are responsible for return freight charges, any insurance, and scheduling the pickup of your package.

Credit

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 business days. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
